We know that on a daily basis, you encounter problems with your emarketing duties, whether it be uploading a subscriber list or eliminating multiple lines in your copy. We hear you! We have some troubleshooting tips that might be of use to you.

The Breakdown

Problem		Solution
Your Email Service Provider's upload function doesn't load all the subscribers in your list		Try using all fields that you have in your spreadsheet. If you're not going to use that field, it is best to take it out before you load your list.
Your email is loaded with information that you didn't see when you were testing.		If you copied from any Microsoft Office Product, you dragged additional code along with it. It is best to copy your text into Notepad, then use your Email Service Providers' WYSIWYG function. Notepad will strip any code.
You can't change the color of the links in the email, or it switches back once you've changed it		This is changed in your HTML code. Right before the font tag, add a "font color tag" with the color of your choice.
