Tips You Can Use

When interviewing:

  • Ask questions that spark discussion rather than the normal "yes" or "no": Say things like, "I feel this email marketing strategy could be better if we implement a welcome program. What do you think?"
  • Take it outside: This may be a discussion that could be had in a setting outside of the office, maybe at a hotel conference room.
  • Create activities that make the matter at hand easier: Design games and give away prizes to those with the best ideas.
